Sean Kaye
Managing Director
Sean Kaye founded Smart Security Services in 2016 at the age 20, he successfully ran the business on his own until the client demand became unmanageable which prompted the arrival of Rebekah in 2020 to manage admin and Sean McGrorry shortly after in 2021 helping tackle the workload.
Fun fact: Prior to the incorporation of Smart Security, Sean Kaye was actually Sean McGrorry’s apprentice with their previous employers, which transpired into them becoming business partners with Sean Kaye overseeing Sales & Operations within the business.
Sean McGrorry
Technical Director
Sean has a wealth of knowledge within the industry with over 25 years experience.
He became part of the business in 2021 initially working on the tools as an engineer alongside Sean Kaye which quickly developed into him now overseeing the management of the engineers and technical support to the Smart Security customer base.
Rebekah Fairley
Office Manager
Rebekah joined the company in 2020 to help with admin and customer service. Rebekah now helps manage office staff and finance.
Tamas Szabics
Engineering Supervisor
Tamas has been involved in the fire & security industry for over 20 years with experience working for one of the world’s largest security companies. He oversees new installations and reactive service calls.
Mitchell MacLeod
Installation Engineer
Mitchell is the newest addition to the team joining in 2024 but has already become a major asset to the business. He primarily deals with the running of the company’s larger projects and installations.

Service/Maintenance Engineer
Jude will be a familiar face to most existing customer as he is deployed to most incoming reactive faults and helps the company stay on track with its maintenance obligations.
