Was needing an alarm and cctv for my restaurant and phoned Smart Security and within the hour an engineer came out and gave us a reasonable quote. The alarm and cctv were fitted within a few days, the engineering was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend to others.

He talked us through all the options available to us and gave very good advice on what would be the best system for us. He made great efforts to fit our job in quickly as we had requested. Called out Smart security services on a Sunday afternoon, my house was going off constantly and would not turn off no matter what. Sean arrived shortly afterwards. Diagnosed the fault within minutes. We arranged a suitable time for him to return which suited us both. Came exactly on time, installed a new alarm system, explained how it all works. Great job, great service, would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the first point of contact you know that you are dealing with a competent engineer. Sean visited our home to assess the existing alarm set up and made recommendations without any forced selling. On the day of installation he turned up at the appointed time and proceeded to install the new system and had us up and running within a couple of hours. Also offered to paint the wall around the new panel as it was smaller than the old one. Explained the new system in great detail and assured us to call any time for advice if required. A very professional service and a pleasure to deal with.

After our takeaway had been broken into several times we decided to finally get a security system installed. Sean got back to us very quickly and came down to give us an estimate. Very reasonable and well explained. Fitted the alarm system in no time a few days later and was great at explaining how it worked. My dad doesn't speak much English so Sean wrote down a simplified set of instructions rather than leave him with the complicated instruction manual which was much appreciated. All in all, prompt service, reasonable pricing and well explained.

The security system Sean recommended was ideal for our house and he made sure I was happy with each part of the job. Excellent professional service. We are landlords and wanted an existing faulty alarm system at a 3 bedroom house in Glasgow upgraded. Smart Security Services are a locally run Glasgow alarm installation and maintenance company who can teach the 'big boys' how customer service and support should be done. Sean, the company owner and chief engineer, responded to my initial telephone call very promptly and had sorted out my system fault and serviced the whole system within hours, despite this not being a system he had installed. I had been quoted more than double for the same service by my original 'big boy' installer and was told I'd have to wait a week for their services. The services Sean and his company provide, in my experience, are very professional and I do not hesitate to recommend their excellent customer service highly enough.

Great Service provided by Sean who arrived on a Sunday morning to install our new alarm system including new security lights. He had our old system ripped out and new one installed in no time. He explained clearly how the new system worked, How the system could be controlled through mobile devices and showed a great knowledge of the products that he was installing. I would definitely recommend Sean to anyone in the market for a new alarm system or an upgrade to their existing one.

Sean is very reliable and arrived on time as arranged. He serviced our alarm efficiently, provided new battery, changed our two bell boxes and changed our PIRS and left no mess!
