Sean sorted out all our existing problems with our alarm system. He replaced faulty parts and fixed previous mistakes made by cowboy companies. He was very pleasant and efficient and above all he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Sean is very reliable and arrived on time as arranged. He serviced our alarm efficiently, provided new battery, changed our two bell boxes and changed our PIRS and left no mess! Excellent professional service. We are landlords and wanted an existing faulty alarm system at a 3 bedroom house in Glasgow upgraded. I had an old key operated alarm that i wanted to get changed but not all the system just some part of alarm system but most companies said to me i had to get the whole system changed which i didn't want to and wanted to charge crazy prices. Smart security was the only company who offered to do the job and gave me a very good price for it. Sean the owner of the company did a wonderful job putting in a new keypad system for me. He is a wonderful person and i am very happy with the wonderful job he did worth the price. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Just had wireless alarm fitted and the service was amazing. Very quick and efficient. Extremely professional and took the time to sit down and explain in detail how it works. Guarantee of yearly service, other companies we spoke to only offered 2 yearly service. Would highly recommend, especially as we got the same alarm that other companies had quoted £100 more for.

Due to the recent break ins I thought it would be best to have my existing faulty alarm system updated I had a shop about and came across this company Smart security came out that day fixed the faults gave my system a once over, replaced all my batteries and fitted a brand new bell box with a back light very friendly service and showed great knowledge would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new alarm or even an upgraded version.

From the first point of contact you know that you are dealing with a competent engineer. Sean visited our home to assess the existing alarm set up and made recommendations without any forced selling. On the day of installation he turned up at the appointed time and proceeded to install the new system and had us up and running within a couple of hours. Also offered to paint the wall around the new panel as it was smaller than the old one. Explained the new system in great detail and assured us to call any time for advice if required. A very professional service and a pleasure to deal with.

Needed existing hard wired alarm that no longer worked replaced, Sean provided options and I decided on the wireless system with the fobs to control the system. New pir sensors and window sensors fitted quickly and without any hassle. Completely satisfied with the system and the professional service provided. Would definitely recommend this company.
